Overall | Celia's tiny, but she's also only thirteen, and still growing. She's not likely to be all too tall, if she takes after her mother, but she'll be a bit taller. Eventually. But yeah, Celia's tiny, and cute. Definitely cute. She's generally all smiles, very bright and happy. She doesn't really like her hair too long, so she feels it a bit shorter than shoulder length, and she's dyed it red! So she matched her house colours! Or, one of them, you know. Celia's the kid that's usually found hiding in strange places, though she wouldn't say she's hiding, just that she's there. Because she likes heights and high places. She's often found in the open areas above doorways, or just where ever she can find. She's a bit like a monkey, easily getting up and down, as long as she wants to get down (sometimes her cousin needs to try and talk her down. And if not him, then Kieran Lee, because Celia completely adores the older Gryffindor boy.) Celia's also a total dork, and often wears a lot of red outside of her school and quidditch robes, mostly because she likes the colour, but also because she is a Gryffndor. Mostly because she likes it though.

• When she gets angry or upset with someone, she finds the highest place she can, climbs up to it, and just sits there. Her cousin usually has to try and talk her down (though if she's angry at him, that fails. Though Kieran Lee can always talk her down. Literally all it takes is a "Celia Han." and she's climbing down.)
• When speaking in Korean she speaks with a Busan dialect. She can't drop it and speak with a Seoul dialect, and it bugs her a bit.

Overall | Celia tends to be a very bubbly, hyper girl. It's pretty easy to tell she's a Gryffindor, in a lot of ways, but she's also really a mishmash of like... everything. She's very outgoing, loving to make new friends. She's only really shy if she's embarrassed. She's a bit weird, to some people, because she often uses Korean honorifics, even if she's speaking English. It's a bit of a habit, but also, she finds them cute. She tacks her "-rin" honorific onto every name too, including her own sometimes; sometimes she'll use third person, though this is actually more in English than Korean, due to her grasp on English not being quite as good as her grasp on Korean. English confuses her sometimes. Celia's a bit like a puppy in a lot of ways (and monkey in others.) She really likes pleasing her friends, and is overall puppy-ish. Of course, she can also be stubborn as hell, and there are certain times she just doesn't want to do anything, or doesn't want to speak to certain people. If she's sitting in an opening above a doorway and refusing to move, it's because she's annoyed or angry at someone. Just give her time.

Quidditch isn't her favourite thing in the world, but Celia does enjoy it. It helps she really likes high places, and being seeker means she has to chase the snitch. she's also tiny and light, which, really, there's no way she's going to slow her broom down; she's light on her feet and on a broom. She's not a very serious person, but there are times where she just outright gets annoyed or sad, and it's the most serious you'll likely see her. She tends to be very cute, and hyper, and often doesn't realize it, so she can be a bit in your face (or worrying) without meaning to be (of course the worrying is usually if she's climbed up somewhere looking like she can't get down, or refusing to get down.)

Hometown | Busan, South Korea
Overall | Celia was born Han Jiyul, the only child of Han Hyunjae, a squib. She was born in Busan, South Korea to a single mother, only sixteen year sold at the time. No one ever knew who Celia's dad was, and as Celia got a little older, no one really cared. For a few years, things were okay. While Hyunjae's younger brother Sunwoo was a student at Hogwarts, her older brother and his wife had been students at Mahoutokoro in Japan, and already had a son named Namkook when Jiyul was born. They lived together, for a bit, because honestly, it made it easier on everyone. And then Hyunjae was killed. Celia was four; her aunt and uncle came into the room and told her that her eomma wouldn't be coming home. Celia still isn't sure what happened. All she knows is her mother never came home again.

Celia stayed living with her aunt, uncle and cousin for a while, but her uncle Sunwoo ended up becoming her legal guardian. While it would've made more sense for her aunt and uncle to take her, due to being a bit older and already having a child, Sunwoo took her. He was only eighteen, but she was his niece, and he'd always been really close with her. They stayed in Busan another few years - due to her mum being a squib, they weren't really sure if Jiyul would be a witch or not, but soon enough she started showing signs of magic, and it was assured that she was. When Celia was eight, a year after she started attending a muggle elementary school, Sunwoo got a job working in London. He was a healer, albeit a new one, and it was a bit hard for him to get a job. He was offered on in London, and after talking it over with his brother and sister-in-law, Sunwoo and Jiyul moved to London.

In London, Jiyul adopted the name Cecelia, or Celia for short, while her uncle just went back to the English name he'd gone by during his time at Hogwarts. She started at a muggle elementary school in London, though struggled some due to the language barrier - she picked up English pretty quickly though. The next few years were normal. Her cousin ended up coming to live with them before he started Hogwarts, where upon he was sorted into Hufflepuff. Celia started the following year, being sorted into Gryffindor, to no ones real surprise. Her first year was normal, and she's now in her second year, as well as being on the Gryffindor quidditch team, their tiny seeker.
